Thoughts – Overview

I am a little late today because there is just so much to take in and keep track of so I’ve been reading and listening.  As you probably know or can imagine, everybody is talking, writing, or commenting in some way or another.

BREAKING: The Russian Air Force has shot down a UAV belonging to NATO above the Black Sea, according to initial reports (wait, let’s check the veracity but I hope they did!)

The most major issue for me today and probably for the next few days, is the response of Russia, in principle.   The detail we will not know until we see it.  I expect that we will see it.

Emotions are running high everywhere.  Seemingly Netanyahu lied again when he said that the acute phase of his shooting into Gaza would be reduced.  I have not seen numbers, I’ve only seen bombings.  Today his story is changing to the first story, release the hostages, then we will bomb you some more.  Israeli Yedioth Ahronoth reports that Netanyahu’s statement that he will only accept a partial cease-fire deal and will not end the war on Gaza shocked the Biden administration, and “freaked out” White House officials, “who over the past few months made sure to blame Hamas for refusing the Israeli proposal.”

About Russia, Pepe Escobar who is still there I believe, states:  “A lot of well informed people in Moscow are ABSOLUTELY PISSED with the Russian non-response to the ultimate red line being trespassed: direct attacks on civilians inside the Russian Federation. Unplugged Medvedev rants are not enough.”

I do not think at this stage of the game Russia will kneejerk.  Their response will be devastating but well thought through.  They will not lose.  The US committed an act of war against Russia in Sevastopol – it is an American hand.  The US hopes that Russia will overreact but in reality, the US does not know where to pressure next because the lashback that they are getting is by orders of magnitude more than what they can cope with.

The warning to Orban (deliberate accident of his police escort) from Hungary is because he is violently against electing Ursula von der Leyen as president of the European Commission (EC), describing the past five years as the worst in the EU’s history.  They want Orban to knuckle under and start speaking the lie with the rest of them.

The US and the EU are openly planning to or have already stolen what they can of the Russian financial reserves and the proceeds while this has been lying in some banks.

China is rebuking the US for attempting to sow discord between China and Russia, and North Korea, noting that the closer relationship between the two Chinese neighbors is based on current realities, as their mutual support can break through Western blockades.  This came after a US Air Force General C.Q. Brown, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters during an overseas trip on Sunday that the newly-signed strategic partnership agreement between Russia and North Korea could create friction with China.

The Chinese PLA is intensifying regular drills and patrols amid attempts by “Taiwan independence” secessionists to resist reunification by force.

The collective west media is lying to the extent that they do not know what to lie about next.  Take everything with a grain of salt.  Today the big headlines screamed:  Hamas plans to relocate from Qatar to Iraq due to increasing pressure from Doha and the United States on the group’s political leaders to adopt a more flexible stance in Gaza ceasefire negotiations.  The Iraqi government approved this move last month, sources told The National on Monday.  Iran will ensure the security of Hamas’s leaders, offices, and personnel in Baghdad, according to the sources.

This was a big fat lie and Hamas made a statement and said to Netanyahu to stop lying.

So, what we have is:

  • an open act of war from the US against Russia
  • open and heinous theft of Russian resources and loving it
  • obscene and monstrous levels of killing and destroying and ethnically cleansing the whole of the population of the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and every Palestinian that breathes or walks
  • creating chaos everywhere in the Latin Americas
  • insane sanctions, insane numbers of sanctions, and insane methods of sanctioning -suicidal fanaticism
  • China is trying its best to keep its head and continue a peaceful approach but like Putin said, NATO is moving into the eastern climes.  China can handle that little island Taiwan next to them.
  • appointing leaders in some or other way or using pretext for other countries to maintain control
  • incredible threats to use nuclear weapons
  • two hot wars, one of which is threatening to grow
  • the US, which is supposed to be the leader, is in complete disarray.

High level and from the top of my head, this is what we see.

What else and what is next is the question we should all be nibbling on.

I would like everyone here to make their comments.  It is only by standing together that we will get out of this with our souls, psyches, and minds intact.  The good thing that I see, is that the collective west cannot make war themselves; not in terms of quantity of soldiers, training, or ability to go to a war economy and produce and provide weapons.  They keep looking for someone else to do the fighting for them.  Russia, North Korea, China and Iran will not allow it.

Anyone with a brain cell on active duty can see that from Crimea to Judea we know who and what the problem is.

Grieved

I have great faith in the power of the unconscious mind. It has always betrayed me perfectly when I needed to be woken up from a delusion. As Mr.P has quoted from Burroughs, the only mark that the grifter cannot defeat is the mark inside. Oneself. I have to think,… Read more »
