ICJ LIVE – taking it down as it comes – and updating as it happens – first Israeli commentary

I’m listening to this live .. 13 votes to 2 in general, reaffirms its provisional measures.

This will not be neat as I’m taking it down as it comes .. The first part is a rough presentation –

ICJ: Israel must immediately halt its military offensive in Rafah

ICJ: Israel must open all crossings for delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza

Court says it is genocide.

Each provision has a vote and they read out the votes.  https://webtv.un.org/en

I am not sure what happens to provision if it is not a full vote.

Unimpeded opening of the Gaza strip by competent authorities to investigate allegations of genocide.  ICJ: Israel must open all crossings for delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza

ICJ orders Israel to immediately stop offensive on Gaza’s Rafah city

ICJ: Israel must provide world court with reports on measures it has taken to implement court’s orders

ICJ orders Israel to immediately stop offensive on Gaza’s Rafah city

Orders being read in French now.

End of live stream.

OK, let’s see if we can do better with a second go around:

ICJ judge: UN reports prove Israeli offensive has worsened the situation in Rafah

ICJ: Israel must immediately halt its military offensive in Rafah

ICJ: Israel must open all crossings for delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza

ICJ: Israel must provide World Court with reports on measures it has taken to implement the court’s orders

ICJ orders Israel to immediately stop offensive on Gaza’s Rafah city

ICJ orders Israel to allow intl. investigators to probe allegations of genocide in Gaza

That is it .. better and in a nutshell.  Now the day is going to explode!  Let’s see what our friends and colleagues have to add.

The vote was a 13-2 vote against the zionist entity,

The Court granted “israel” one month to submit a report on its compliance with these orders. It also called for the unconditional release of zionist captives.

The immediate application of orders given to “israel” in previous court rulings.

Today, during the ICJ ruling against the Israeli offensive in Rafah, Uganda’s Judge Julia Sebutinde and Israeli ad hoc judge Barak were the only two who voted against the demand for Israel to halt its offensive in the city, which were deemed genocidal.

And so quick, here is the full text:

Following the ICJ’s ruling demanding Israel to immediately halt its offensive in Gaza, Israeli far-right Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir quoted former Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion.

ICJ judges deemed the situation in Rafah as “exceptionally dire,” expressing doubt about Israel’s assurances of safety and humanitarian access.

And of course, Hamas is correct:

Hamas:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) welcomes the decision of the International Court of Justice today (https://t.me/PalestineResist/41140), which demands the criminal zionist entity to immediately stop its aggression on the city of Rafah, halt all measures that lead to genocide, allow aid into all areas of the Gaza Strip, and permit UN committees to enter and investigate the crimes of genocide.

As the zionist occupation continues to commit the most heinous crimes, horrific massacres, and the war of starvation and siege against unarmed civilians throughout the Gaza Strip, we had expected the International Court of Justice to issue a decision to stop the aggression and genocide against our people throughout the entire Gaza Strip, not just in Rafah. What is happening in Jabalia and other governorates of the Strip is no less criminal and dangerous than what is happening in Rafah.

We call on the international community and the United Nations to pressure the occupation to immediately comply with this decision and to seriously and genuinely proceed in translating all UN resolutions that force the zionist occupation army to stop the genocide it has been committing against our people for more than seven months.

We affirm that the international community and all relevant UN institutions, particularly the UN Security Council, are concerned and obligated not to allow this fascist entity to continue its disregard for all international laws and conventions and to escape accountability and punishment. They are all facing a historic responsibility to achieve the principle of international justice and to commit to supporting our people’s right to freedom and self-determination and the establishment of the Palestinian state with Al-Quds as its capital.

First Israeli responses .. (Yeah Yeah, of course it is anti-Semitic!)

Among the first reactions to the ICJ decision were the statements of the Israeli Minister of National Security, Ben Gvir, who described the ruling as “anti-Semitic.” Defiantly, the Zionist official said that Israel’s response to the ICJ order will be to “occupy Rafa.”

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich held a similar opinion, denoting Israel’s unwillingness to abide by international institutions and law.

“Those who demand that the State of Israel stop the war demand that it be decreed to cease to exist. We will not accept that. If we lay down our weapons, the enemy will reach the beds of our children and women throughout the country,” he said.

Israeli Minister of Culture and Sports Miki Zohar emphasized that the invasion of Rafah will continue “until the captives return home.”

So, what we’re going to do with Israel?

The UN Security Council has adopted a resolution urging for the protection of humanitarian workers and UN personnel in conflict zones.

The UN underscored that over 190 of its staff have been killed by the Israeli occupation forces attacks in Gaza since October 7, marking the highest number of casualties in the organization’s history.

How long will this pseudo zionist entity last?  They are responding:

More Updates:

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will hold an urgent phone consultation with key ministers and the attorney general of Israel following the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling that orders Israel to stop its operation in Rafah, media reported on Friday. The consultation was due to start at 5 p.m. local time (14:00 GMT), Israeli news portal Ynet reported, adding that Israeli Justice Minister Yariv Levin, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Foreign Minister Israel Katz, National Security Council chief Tzachi Hanegbi and Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara should be among the participants. Dmitry Gendelman, an adviser to the Israeli prime minister, said that nothing in the world would make Israel abide by The Hague court’s order because this would mean a “public suicide” for Israel.

South Africa’s international relations and cooperation director, Zane Dangor, welcomed the ruling, saying it was the most explicit order for Israel to stop military operations in a Gaza territory.

UN Chief on ICJ Ruling on Rafah Offensive: Decisions Are Binding

The Secretary-General recalls that, pursuant to the Charter and to the Statute of the Court, decisions of the Court are binding and trusts that the parties will duly comply with the Order from the Court,” UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’s office said in a statement.

In accordance with the Statute of the Court, the secretary-general will promptly transmit the notice of the provisional measures ordered by the court to the Security Council, the statement added.

At least someone in the world community is doing something on a professional level and footing.  Now we wait.

We wait for this insanity to show itself – something is bubbling up and smelling real strange:

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) told the ICJ to “go to hell” over the ruling. He said the order “will and should be ignored by Israel.”

It seems that Jewish bad actors have been hiding behind the human shields of regular Jews for millennia. One hopes that the bad are in the minority of that tribe, and it seems that this time in history is when we shall see the truth of this.

Well Jews have 5,000+ nukes on their side, which is enough according to their calculation. This kangaroo court committed suicide. It was fated either way, being a relic of a dead Order. Neither USUK nor Zion can ever nor will ever obey. So why is it being allowed to go… Read more »

I am not being cynical. I was having a good day, and playing with the kids! It is what it is… All bridges to humanity and decency were already burnt. So the conclusion is this show serves to buy time and deepen demoralization of the moral.  Time for the Anglo-Zionists to… Read more »
