A) Afro-Russian harmonization is central to the rising multipolar world

Dealing with Plunder Inc.

1) Dynamics of congruence. The deepening of contemporary Afro-Russian relations was forged around fundamental wide-ranging cooperation based on mutual need. The obsession with hegemony of the Anglo-Saxons and Western European peoples was well known for a millennium. Much of their predation focused on controlling and plundering the rich internal lands of Russia and Africa, the two great resource stores of Earth. Constructive elements worked together to solve the profound challenge of the worldwide assault of the combined West. They worked to diversify relations and to regain sovereignty, self-sufficiency, and security. They worked to open new markets, logistics of foodstuffs and energy, ideas of polity, modes of harmonious social relations, and the weaponry and training to safeguard security and maintain internal stability. Sovereign “informational hygiene” was an urgent protective mechanism. Both Russia and China worked “to make it harder for the West to access data on its businesses, economy, and academia.” Afro-Russian harmonization revolved around a shared interest in the preservation of ancestral and spiritual Tradition – the old ways of their fathers, in peace and without brutalization.

Threats to Africans and the Global South will not end from the West whilst ideological supranational technocrats, transnational corporations – especially Big Agriculture & Chem, Big Pharma, Big Oil, and the Military Industrial Complex – and the Banksters enjoy predominant levers of influence in their home nations. Breaking their hold on western mass media and Big Data, academia and curricula, and the cruel mirage of “representative democracy” is crucial. However internal self-correction was efficiently made insurmountable by the interlocking deep states throughout the West. Indeed, modern western democracy, imposed at home and globally propagated, was designed “as a system of government permitting alien outsiders to take total control from behind the scenes.”

Changes conducive for the West to return to normality do not appear realizable without imposition through catastrophic wider war and/or internal collapse. The Parasite fully owns and drives its Host. Current trajectory and risks are high for a simultaneous dual track of global hot war and internal implosion. Nevertheless, the momentum and accumulated resources of Anglo-Zionist hegemony developed over centuries is too great to diffuse in the short term, as it increasingly focuses its remaining energies and malice in the foreign direction. Waiting for internal implosion ceased to be profitable. It forced blocking action from opposing Great Powers to protect themselves and their smaller allies.

Russia saw Africa’s geopolitical fate was linked with the Asian supercontinent through the artifice of the Anglo-Saxon “World Island” construct. Around 1991, traditional imperial divide and rule became superseded by the Rumsfeld-Cebrowski Doctrine. There was new focus on leaving scorched-earth on both continents to thoroughly destroy state-structures and leave populations prostrate. A dystopian global gulag was being erected. Internationalization of the pitiless Somalia model was clear, designed to make trade on both the terrestrial and maritime silk roads impossible. On the one hand Russia saw the Israeli-blocked Levantine land-bridge to Africa, and on the other hand piracy-interdicted Sea Lines of Communications (SLOCs) around the littorals, predominantly the Mediterranean Sea and Horn of Africa. Russia took the lead in maintenance of civilization and integrity of the World Island to withstand this new assault from Peoples of the Sea Rim.

2) Future trends in Afro-Eurasian harmonization.

“The trend towards multipolarity in the world is inevitable, and it will only get stronger. And those who do not understand this and do not follow this trend will lose out. – Vladimir Putin.”

The congruence of Africa and Russia is one strand in the rapidly rising multipolar world. These are exceedingly fluid, dangerous yet exciting times. The potential for positive change is immense. Changes not seen in millennia appear inevitable even in the short term. The foundational political and diplomatic tenets of this anti-hegemonic bloc was expressed in the two Chinese concept papers, the “Global Security Initiative (GSI)” and the anti-imperialist “U.S. Hegemony and Its Perils,” as well as the new muscular “Concept of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation.” They were promoted in the UN with the “Group of Friends in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations.”

“The Members of the Group of Friends agree that the Charter of the United Nations is both a milestone and a true act of faith that for the past 78 years has filled the entire international community with hope on the best of humanity and brings it together to ensure the common well-being of present and future generations. They consider that the purposes and principles enshrined therein are indispensable for preserving and promoting, among others, international peace and security, the rule of law, economic development and social progress, and all human rights for all, in an ever increasingly connected world.”

In this century, all major powers see sub-Saharan Africa as the center of fastest dynamic development and economic growth. Its exceptional economic importance is akin to China 30 years ago or India 20 years ago, prior to their respective takeoffs. To have the chance to maintain current standards of living, developed countries depend on Africa’s 30% global natural resources, in particular raw materials, energy, and human capital. Political cooperation will be decisive for the bloc that harnesses the 25% African voting membership of the UN — conferring abilities to reform existing international institutions and global governance to fundamentally change the balance of power. The geoeconomic and geopolitical implications of the scramble for Africa are astounding. It will cement the future paradigm – maintenance of hegemonic unipolarity or the triumph of the multipolar world brought by the BRICS.

The security dimension requiring indivisible security for all in Europe was expressed by Russia to the US and NATO in the two démarches of December 2021. It solidified, expanded and developed into a global dimension expressed in the 31 March 2023 “Concept of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation.” The premier military power of our times served notice it would contest imperialist aggression everywhere its allies or supplicants were assailed. “It contains a clear declaration that the US is the enemy and that Russia aims to be one of the pillars of the developing multipolar world order.”

“This was the country’s first official document incorporating the term “Russkiy Mir or Russian world…” Africa was a “distinguished and influential center of global development” threatened by the west and its “neo-colonial policy…” [And in defence of both, per] philosopher Ivan Ilyin, it was Russia’s mission to protect civilization and the “good” by producing a great leader who will save Russia and defeat the evil one…”

Written tenets included adherence to international law, non-interference in internal affairs, non-aggression against constituent members, and the right to a dignified life with security in food, energy, and development. A win-win scenario, not the demonic worldview based on fear, division, unequal relations, diktat, and aggression against recalcitrant weaker states. These principles would need to be fought for by each, as the SMO ever expands outwards into and beyond Europe.

Africa – and a Russia freed of compradore neoliberal capitalism beholden to former western “partners” – found themselves amongst the core centers of world development and resistance.

Water and Life

3) The end of Hunger, Dark, and Disease. Africa is being helped to open and to diversify beyond western neocolonial capture by the Russo–Chinese tandem. A deliberately closed system of the western world, “Our Africa” as reminded by Borrell, is being freed not merely of debt-peonage but kinetically and diplomatically by the Russians. The lasting turning of the Russian world from the West had substantial material effects. One was the expansion of the global chessboard. The Soviet Union achieved the same task in the post-World War II period. This conferred significant maneuver room for non-western powers; the West was then forced to engage in real diplomacy, wasting time and energy hiding its predation under plausible deniable legerdemain and fronts, and accordingly had less energy and opportunity for gunboat diplomacy or pillage. During phases of the Cold War, Africa received breathing space in which to develop and modernize. And for the future, more self-aware, sovereign, and organized peoples confer greater protection to the entire global herd.

As less African wealth is vacuum extracted to the West by internal compradore elite or external predator and reinvested in home nations, millions will have a chance to be raised out of poverty. Budgets will expand beyond debt servicing to health care, quality education, affording more public investment such as electrification, cleaner water and less resultant disease, primary prevention and public health, among other public utilities increasing quality of life. More food calorie subsidy will be budgeted to raise the potential of entire young generations. China was able to raise 800,000,000 out of poverty in a single generation. Where there is the will, security, and focused national leadership, the potential is sky high elsewhere too, with African characteristics.

Looking ahead, as security and peace become assured, sources of internal instability which linger from 1960s independence and earlier western colonialism can be addressed. Short term food and energy insecurity can both be met by increasing efficiency and free movement of imported Russian industrial farming and resource-base. In a time of plenty, Russia became the global leader in fertilizer export, vital to growing modern large-scale food in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Non-western shippers, insurers, and logistics chains, for example through the turbocharged INSTC, will avoid contrived western blockages as seen since February 2022.

Bad governance of state institutions and due to maliciously designed borders creating regional instability form other foci to be redressed. As Russia and China sat and settled their border differences, and India and China work to do the same, all Africans similarly beset by borders drawn in 1885 Berlin will redraw borders to escape contrived permanent turmoil. Sovereign states can negotiate amongst themselves the reasonable borders that do not divide large restive tribes and nations, used since the post-WWII decolonization wave by westerners to foment endless wars weakening entire regions.

Scattered successful development models exist throughout Africa. The tale of lush, multicultural, and strategically located Nairobi is instructive when peace flourishes and work is put into urban planning and infrastructure, commerce, welcoming tourism, and connectivity with neighbors. These examples can be used to inspire and guide other regions hopeful of advancement.

Together against the Hegemonic Hydra

4) Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination for a New Era.

The elating plans of the multipolar future require surviving the vindictive death spasms of the Hegemon. How does one confound despairing hubristic aggressors with entrenched generational impunity, a sea of crimes, and resultant terror of retribution from committing to Samson Options? One builds a binary civilization greater than anything witnessed to date. One so self-sufficient, so vast in every scope and metric, so alluring to the Rest of Humanity (RoH) in its modeling of how to live Life – rather than serve in a Cult of Death – that it overcomes merely by presenting itself. And a title to designate this reality was crafted in the ministries of foreign affairs of the celestial civilizations. “The Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination for a New Era.” What a masterpiece of naming!

It is Comprehensive, not mere transient military alliance of convenience against dying Hegemony. It is Strategic, looking ahead to reset corrupted western standards everywhere and into the future. It is a Partnership of sovereigns, not the typical feudal and unequal Master-Vassal paradigm prevailing in the West. Each brings their unique strength and vantage to the team. As noted by the new Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang, it Coordinates for a New Era, in consultation with other friendly compañeros for a world where “Cooperation between Beijing and Moscow will “provide impetus for multipolarization of the world and democracy in international relations; global strategic balance and stability will be assured through it.” Russia and China present their leadership credentials and vision of the multipolar world they aim to lead within the very name of their alliance.

Western sabotage and malice, forever Long Wars, hybrid-wars, plundering, debt-peonage, and all unequal forms of aggressive hegemonic practice would be fought in all arenas, whether political, diplomatic, financial, economic, cultural or the kinetic. And both the tide of History and moral Law buttressed the civilizational-states’ efforts.

Old World System before Western Hegemony

5) Reinvigoration of the Old World System. To return to the Russian proverb, “the devil lives in the still waters,” the old civilizational states, each in their unique way, sought to dissolve the calcified and destructive status-quo benefiting the ancient Parasitism. Insufficient energy was found in earlier disjointed approaches. Recent successes and movement were found in intra-Global South consultations, primarily through extra-UN and non-west-controlled international fora such as the SCO and the BRICS, as well as bilateral and regional harmonization of Afro-Russian and Afro-Chinese aspiration. African diversification steadily deprived the resource-poor West of a long-term African source used to harm all. Quickening moves to alleviate poverty, hunger, debt peonage, and media-informational capture broke open the dependency and one-way wealth-extraction of the Golden Billion.

As with Russia after 300 years, Türkiye, China, Iran, India, Africa – all the ancient civilizations mesmerized and overcome since the European Industrial Revolution and now turning away from the West – reoriented amongst themselves. Vibrant energy flowed to Afro-Asia, the World Island. Beyond the new Silk Roads, we see in front of our eyes the rebuilding and return to the concentric Old World circuits of world trade, centered on the dual tracks of the maritime Indian Ocean and Mediterranean Sea and via the terrestrial track traversing Samarkhand and the Persian middle-lands. What is being corrected is the Fall of the East, more significant in historical geopolitical timescales than the recent era of the ephemeral Rise of the West. And many more world trade tracks are now in the offing, north to Russia, west and east to Latin America, and south to India, Felix Arabia, and to Africa across the reclaimed Levantine land bridge.

Multipolarity has come to mean the setting of the sun on the irredeemably predatory Occident. The World Island, no longer in helpless disarray, returns to its roots – multiple resilient trade circuits and interlocking harmonious polities. It is hardened from external intrigue through revolutionary Russian arms and the internal direction by disciplined, impartial, and widely respected Chinese diplomacy. The latter ceaselessly deconflicts in the Global South and imparts a balanced culture of peaceful coexistence.

African Kaleidoscope

6) Aesthetic vistas of the world of tomorrow. “We welcome all tourists,” said the Chinese Foreign Ministry. India had earlier set the trend, extending the warmest of receptions to transiting tin-foiled travelers. A Great Bifurcation had arrived in Occidental and Global Majority relations.

The Second Russia-Africa Summit, scheduled to be held in St. Petersburg from 26-29 July 2023, promises a massive boost for multipolarity. At least five other major Russia-hosted conferences involving Africa are scheduled in 2023. The Second Russia-Africa Summit comes after a four-year hiatus due to the covid crisis and the SMO in the Ukraine of the last year. Additionally, the following month of August brings the highly anticipated 15^th BRICS Summit in South Africa, with over twenty new acknowledged applicants – and up to eighty unofficial applicants. Will the new reserve currency (a “newcoin”) be unveiled? Given the ongoing agony of a South Africa trying to sit on two chairs at the same time, consensus on the new Global South reserve currency (or basket of currencies) bypassing the dollar may be fast-tracked to the guaranteed environs of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) next month from 14 – 17 June, 2023.

In addition to the ongoing financial collapse and loss of military prowess and prestige, can the combined West survive the one-two African blows this summer? The RoH politely assails and confines them in every diplomatic, political, and economic forum, forging ahead without them.

To Victory!

7) At the end… we return to the beginning, and the remarkable symbol of the harmonization of Afro-Russian futures as seen through the travels of the indefatigable Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov. Born 21 March 1950, and 73 years of age, he graduated the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1972, working a continuous 51 years for his nation’s Foreign Ministry. A man of his advanced refinement, prestige, years, and extensive vital experiences, where long-distance travel becomes burdensome and affects health and can affect performance, is usually retained at home in a senior managerial position. This was recently seen with the transition of his peer and age-cohort the senior diplomat Wang Yi of China to a more topical and guiding role inside China.

The extraordinary and extensive travel portfolio to Africa, and more recently to Latin America, the Caribbean (LAC) and New York City, USA, and the acceptance of attendant physical and mental health risk to their standard bearer, indicate the importance of Africa and LAC to the future calculations of the Russian Federation. These travels seared and panicked the combined West. In Lavrov’s footsteps they heard the tolling of the bell. Significant efforts to mask and overturn his considerable effect with counter-diplomacy and threats to Africans, and through media slander and obfuscation, had negligible result.

A hundred-year-old visceral US cartoon reminds us of the primordial fear of western imperialism – they dread the very prospect of the unity of a freed Africa, India, and China with Russia and its weaponry bolstering their broad backs.

Lavrov highlighted “the multipolar architecture is based not on an [opposing] “balance of fear”, but on a balance of interests, on generally recognized norms of international law, on a mutually respectful dialogue between different civilizations, religions and cultures.”

The seismic impact of the Russian Special Military Operation (SMO) dispelled the myths of western military supremacy and its industrial-economic-financial invincibility, releasing the cruel grip of the Hegemon on the Rest of Humanity. Currently, we remain in the heat of battle, but the bright outcome is not in doubt. The SMO exposed the hollowness of its feared sanctions weapon, the lost industrial warfare capability, and their fragile economies shattered by boomeranging sanctions. Nemesis arrived with dedollarization, flight of former West Asian satrapies and foundation of the petrodollar; peace broke out in the Persian Gulf. The coup de grâce was applied by Russian technological and intellectual revolutions since the old cartoon was published: the world-leading breadbasket, fuel supply in gas, petroleum, and nuclear energy, and the world’s leading sublime diplomatic corps assuring Global South connectivity, led by His Excellency the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
