Cyprian on Summoning Demons With AI
Who is Cyprian? I know him from my circles in cryptocurrency. He is a very good analyst and a few years ago became an active Orthodox Christian. He was also a B-roll actor and was a male escort to high-net-worth women in his previous years. The skills that he is developing in studying Orthodoxy give him honor and a sense of what is right, and his technical design and programming skills make him a good all-around analyst.
The purpose of this is not to decide where the demon is (if there is one), but to understand a very well-developed structure of the various AI’s out there. He likens certain AI to an Ouiji board, which is an analogy that I used quite recently in a writer’s group. Technological development is a given in our times. Just the same as CBDC, it is the hands that control it that make it good or bad. I like technology and love farming technology.
China has for now put the brakes on AI development and they have a set of rules wrt what is good, and what is not. I’ve played with AI and I am simultaneously entranced and horrified at the possible negative usage.
